To "Settings/Registration Table"

You can set whether to display the fax function on the Main Menu screen.

For information on the optional products required to use this function, see "Optional Products Required for Each Function."

If [Display Fax Function] is set to 'On'

If [Display Fax Function] is set to 'Off'

1. Press (Settings/Registration) → [Preferences] → [Display Settings] → [Display Fax Function].

2. Select [On] or [Off] → press [OK].

Details of each item are shown below.

If [Enable Fax in Scan and Send Function] is 'On', fax function is displayed on [Scan and Send].
